GnG Soccer plans programs and incurs operational costs in advance based on registration numbers, all fees are committed prior to the start of the season. Consequently, by registering your child for any camp, league, clinic, or team, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our refund policy.
Camp and Clinic Refunds
Cancellation 14+ Days Before Start: If you cancel your child's registration at least 14 days prior to the start date of a camp or clinic, you will receive a full refund, minus administration and processing fees.
Cancellation Within 14 Days of Start: Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp or clinic start date are non-refundable.
No-Shows: Refunds or credits will not be issued for players who fail to attend a camp or clinic.
Before Registration Closes: If you request a refund before the official registration deadline for the program, you will receive a full refund, minus administration and processing fees.
After Registration Closes / Roster Formation: Once registration closes and rosters/schedules are built, no refunds will be issued. At this point, team balances are finalized, and your player’s spot cannot easily be filled.
Uniform Fees: If uniform kits have already been ordered for your player, the cost of the uniform is entirely non-refundable under any circumstance.
Program Refunds
Severe Injuries and Medical Exceptions
If a player suffers a severe injury or medical illness that completely prevents them from participating, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Requirement: A written request must be submitted via email, accompanied by an official note from a licensed physician stating that the player cannot participate in physical sports.
Soccer is an outdoor sport played in varying weather conditions (including rain and cold).
Game/Session Cancellations: GnG Soccer will follow local safety protocols regarding lightning and extreme heat. If a facility or city closes fields due to unplayable conditions, we will make every reasonable effort to schedule a makeup date.
No Weather Refunds: Because field rental and operational fees are non-refundable to us, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued if games or camp days are permanently canceled due to weather, facility closures, or other acts of God.

All refund or program credit requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal requests to coaches, referees, or staff at the fields will not be processed.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration on our Wix website. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
