These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Give N Go Soccer Foundation website and your registration in our youth soccer camps, leagues, clinics, training, and team activities. By accessing our site or registering a player, you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use our website or enroll in our programs.
Eligibility and Parental Consent
Youth Participation: GnG Soccer programs are designed for youth players.
Adult Account Creation: Website accounts, program registrations, and financial transactions must be completed exclusively by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18.
Authorization: By registering a minor child, you certify that you are the legal guardian of the participant and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement on their behalf.
When you create an account on our website (hosted via Wix), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any and all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Registration, Accounts, and Security
Payments, Fees, and Wix Processing
Fees: All fees for camps, leagues, and team dues are posted on our website and must be paid in full according to the program’s designated schedule.
Payment Security: Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways integrated with our Wix platform. GnG Soccer does not store financial or credit card data on our own servers.
Late Fees & Non-Payment: Failure to pay league or team fees by the specified deadlines may result in the forfeiture of the player's roster spot or suspension from participating in games and practices.
By participating in GnG Soccer programs, you grant GnG Soccer the right to take photographs and video footage of players and spectators during practices, games, and camps. You agree that GnG Soccer may use these images for promotional, marketing, and instructional purposes (including website display and social media) without compensation.
If you wish to opt-out of our media release, you must notify us in writing via email prior to the start of the program.
Media Release and Photo Consent
Code of Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unsportsmanlike behavior. Parents, coaches, players, and spectators must adhere to a standard of respect and fair play. GnG Soccer reserves the right to bar any individual from fields, events, or entire programs—without a refund—for behavior that is abusive, dangerous, or disruptive to the youth environment.
Inherent Risk: Soccer is a physical contact sport. By registering, you acknowledge that soccer involves inherent risks of physical injury.
Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by Iowa law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless GnG Soccer, its coaches, staff, officials, and website administrators from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of injury, illness, or property damage sustained during our programs, events, camps, training or games.
Medical Care: In the event of an emergency, you authorize GnG Soccer staff to seek necessary medical treatment for your child if a parent/guardian cannot be reached immediately.

All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, images, and software—is the property of GnG Soccer or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without our express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these terms must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.

GnG Soccer reserves the right to modify or discontinue any program, schedule, or website feature at any time. We also reserve the right to change these Terms. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site or participation in programs constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
